Admissions Process:

We at TOA are so grateful for your interest in having your children attend our school! We’d love to help you get started with the process of becoming part of our TOA Family.

For Pre-k thru 6th grade:

  1. Email or call our office to schedule an Educational Consultation and Tour of our campus

  2. Fill out our Application Form and return via email.

  3. Schedule a family interview with the Head of School and the Admissions Team.

  4. Schedule a student assessment date. The assessment process enables TOA to determine where your child is academically for placement in the right grade cluster. This also helps us determine which skills your child will need to continue to practice over the summer to be ready for fall.

  5. If accepted, please fill out and sign the Registration Packet and pay the Enrollment Fee (non-refundable) The enrollment fee accelerates incrementally over the summer to encourage timely family enrollment which in turn helps TOA to plan for instructors, staff, classroom space and funding.

For grades 7th - 8th :

  • Registration after June 1st, fee increases to $150.00

  • Registration afterAugust 1st, fee increases to $200.00
