Admissions Process

We at TOA are so grateful for your interest in having your precious children attend our school! We’d love to help you get started with the process of becoming part of our TOA Family.

  1. Email or call our office to schedule an Educational Consultation and Tour of our campus.

  2. Fill out our Application Form.

  3. Pay the $25 non-refundable Application Fee (link at bottom of Application Form).

  4. Schedule a family interview with the Head of School & a Launch Team member. (Note: your student(s) may be asked to take a grade level assessment during the family interview)

  5. If accepted, and family decides to enroll, fill out and sign the Registration Packet and pay a $100 per child Enrollment Fee (non-refundable) https://forms.gle/MTBCjj1cK5BCMTWz6

    (Registration fee is subject to change after the June 1st deadline to $150.00. After August 1st, fee increases to $200.00 with a deadline of September 1st to re-enroll for the 2025-2026 school year.   If you have any questions or concerns, contact the Transfiguration Orthodox Academy office at office@toamarietta.com or 770-924-3030.
